To cancel an order, contact our support team via phone or live chat as soon as possible and confirm the cancellation by sending a message on your order page.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled after the paper has been delivered on time. You may only request a quality-based refund.
If you were charged twice, send both payment receipts to our support team. The extra payment will be refunded in full.
If you placed two identical orders by mistake, cancel the unnecessary one before a writer is assigned to receive a full refund.
If your paper is delivered late, contact support immediately and leave a message on your order page.
Important: Delays caused by late materials or instructions from your side void lateness-based refunds.
Refunds and price recalculations do not apply to revisions, as revision deadlines are separate from the original order deadline.
If you are not fully satisfied but choose to keep and edit the paper yourself, you may:
Use the “Refund” button within 14 days of approval. You must provide detailed explanations and evidence. Refunds up to 40% may be granted.
If the instructions were not followed and you are completely dissatisfied:
Approved papers are eligible for partial refunds only.
If you paid extra for a Top Writer, Native Writer, or Advanced Writer and one was unavailable, the extra fee is refunded.
If copies of sources were paid for but not delivered, that fee is refunded. Once delivered, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Bank processing times may vary.
If no suitable writer is available and there isn’t enough time left, a full refund will be issued.
You have 14 days to approve your order. If no action is taken, it is automatically approved. After approval, you have 14 days to request a partial refund.
